1. What We Do

We build software and provide technical consulting. When you hire us, we'll do our best to help you succeed.

2. Your Stuff

Everything we create for you belongs to you. We'll transfer all rights to you when you pay us. You can use it however you want.

3. Our Stuff

We keep the rights to anything we create that's not specifically for you. This includes our tools, methods, and general knowledge.

4. Payment

You agree to pay us for our work. If you're not happy, let us know within 30 days and we'll refund your last month's payment.

5. Our Limits

We're not responsible for more than one month's payment if something goes wrong. We do our best, but we can't guarantee everything will work perfectly.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Pay us on time
• Give us what we need to do our work
• Not use our work for anything illegal

7. Privacy

We won't share your information unless you say it's okay or the law requires it.

8. Changes

We might update these terms. If we do, we'll let you know.
